The European Continent is the Target Market for Motocard

 
 With nine stores in Spain, our client offers a wide range of motorcycle accessories. When they established parameters for their mid-term goals, they realized it was going to be an overwhelming task, and they needed to do it fast.



Overview

Motocard was born in Andorra in the early 80s. In 1999, they turned to AddReal to create and develop a digital business strategy in order to reach the European market with their products objectives. In 1999, our customer wanted to get on the web to reach the European global market. To reach that goal, they needed to be able to promote the company in three languages as well as display, sell and ship innumerable products and brands that were already being sold in stores. Another main objective was to visually share the passion and emotion of the motorcycle world with an easy-to-use and top-notch design website.

Solution

With their proprietary research system, AddReal started a focused market analysis based in the European motorcycle world, to be able to understand the challenges the campaign was facing, as well as main global competitors, prices and offerings. The AddReal team also worked with the customer to understand the business strategy and distribution systems used, so that they could create a compatible specific digital strategy.

AddReal's team came up with detailed information about what the plan needed to be a hit. After adjusting details and additional requirements from the customer, AddReal defined the final parameters for the digital business strategy. This included comprehended creation of the websites, related structures for languages, corporate image, a customized e-commerce system, SEO design and targeted organic search marketing stratagem. Working closely with the client, AddReal launched the digital campaign just five months after the project started.




Results

- One month after the website was launched, it became the basis and main catalog for customer sales and support.
- After six months, the website reached 91 referrals at top positions and 265 top 10 referrals among the three languages.
- At the end of the first year, global traffic had reached over 10,000 visits P/Month.
- Today, our client website is considered a reference site for all bike lovers in Europe.
